Welcome to Burlington Catholic School

We are blessed to welcome your family to our community! To ensure a smooth transition for your child, we have outlined the enrollment and onboarding process below. Please follow these steps to complete your family’s registration.

Step 1: The Application Process

If you have not yet received an official acceptance, your first step is to apply.

•  English Registration:
   Click here to register a new student (English)
•  Registro en Español:
   Haga clic aquí para registrar a un estudiante nuevo (Español)
• Complete the Form: Fill out the “New Student Application” for each child you are enrolling.
• Submit Documents: Be prepared to provide copies of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal record (if applicable), and immunization records.

Note: Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an invitation to complete the Annual Registration.

Step 2: Annual Registration

Registration confirms your child’s seat for the upcoming school year and provides us with vital safety information.

• Access the Portal: You will receive a link via email to access the Registration Packet.
• Update Information: Please carefully review and fill out:
  • Emergency Contact Information.
  • Medical/Allergy Information.
  • Tuition Agreement and Payment Preference.
  • Media Release Forms.
• Registration Fee: Complete the payment for the annual registration fee to finalize this step.

Step 3: Set Up Your PowerSchool Parent Account

PowerSchool is our primary tool for communication regarding your child’s academic progress. You will use this to check grades, attendance, and school bulletins.

How to Create Your Account:

1. Wait for Your Codes: The school office will email you with an Access ID and Access Password for each student. You cannot create an account without these.
2. Go to the Portal: Visit the BCS PowerSchool parent portal (accessible via ourbcs.org under the “Parents” tab).
3. Create Account: Click the “Create Account” tab.
4. Enter Parent Details: Fill in your name, email, and desired username/password.
5. Link Your Student: Scroll down to the “Link Students to Account” section. Enter the Access ID and Access Password provided by the school office.

Getting Ready for Day One

Here are a few “Pro-Tips” to make sure you are ready for the first day of school:

• Uniforms: Review the dress code policy on the website.
• Supplies: Download the School Supply List for your child’s specific grade level from the “Parents” section of the website.
