Please consider filling out applications for any and all that apply! BCS has four potential scholarships available to help offset the cost of tuition:

● Rewald Scholarship (K5-8th graders): The Rewald scholarship was established as a tuition assistance program, and we encourage ALL families to apply. Please note that the granting of funds is strictly set by the terms of the trust. Your scholarship application form and the supporting documents are due to the school offices by Tuesday, April 26. Applications can also be obtained through our school offices.

● Clayton Weis Scholarship (K3-8th graders): The Clayton Weis Scholarship was established in 2022 thanks to a generous donation by Mr. Weis! This is the only scholarship available to families in K3-8th grade, and will be allotted throughout the school year to those in emergency need. Applications can also be obtained through our school offices.

● Eckert Scholarship (St. Charles Parishioners K3-8th): The Eckert Scholarship is available to St. Charles parishioners, and will be allotted throughout the school year to those in emergency need. Applications can also be obtained through our school offices.

● Clem Held/Margaret Reuter Scholarship (St. Joseph Parishioners K5-8th): The Clem Held/Margaret Reuter Scholarship is available to St. Joseph parishioners Applications can also be obtained through our school offices.

● Wisconsin Parental Choice Program: BCS will again be taking part in the Wisconsin School Choice Program (WPCP). Current and new students entering our K4, K5, or 1st grade may qualify. Students entering grades 2nd-8th grade may also qualify if, in the 2023-2024 school year, were already part of the Wisconsin Choice Program through BCS or another parochial school, attended a public Wisconsin school, or were homeschooled. The granting of a choice seat is based on income and place of residence as well as a state-run lottery for availability. The Choice window opens Tuesday (2/1). Please use the following Choice Link. If you qualify for Choice, your $100 registration fee will be waived!
